Now the Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is more fun than ever! Worlds of Fun, that is! Visit Parks and Recreation's administrative office, 947 New Hampshire St., Suite 200 B, and purchase your day pass to Worlds of Fun or Oceans of Fun today.

Tickets are discounted from the gate price.

Worlds of Fun single day passes cost $30 per person, and Oceans of Fun single day passes are $24. The department also offers Ride and Slide passes for $45, giving access to both parks on the same day. All transactions to be in cash only, please.

Worlds of Fun is open on the following schedule:
April 12-May 4: Weekends only
May 10-Aug. 24: Daily
Aug. 30-Sep. 21: Weekends only
Sep. 26-Nov. 2: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays only
           except Open Thursday, Oct. 31

Oceans of Fun is open on the following schedule:
May 24-Aug. 24: Daily
Aug. 30-Sep. 7: Weekends only(also Open Memorial Day)
