Wednesday, May 21, 2008WORLDS OF FUN TICKETS AVAILABLE THROUGH PARKS AND RECREATION
LAWRENCE – Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is once again making available single-day passes to both Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. Individuals can purchase single-day passes at the department’s administrative office located at 947 New Hampshire St., Suite 200 B.
Passes purchased from the department are available at a discounted rate from the gate price. Worlds of Fun single-day passes are $30 per person, and Oceans of Fun single-day passes are $24 per person.
Along with the single day passes the department also offers the Ride and Slide pass, which gives admission to both parks on the same day for $45 per person. Children ages 2 and under are admitted free.
All transactions are done on a cash-only basis. The department will sell tickets until Friday, Aug. 29.
