Those wishing to access Eagle Bend from Clinton Parkway will be detoured across the dam on East 900 Road, which circles around to North 1150 Road; turning left onto East 1000 Road to North 1200 Road. Turn left on to 1200 Road, which turns into East 902 Road. Access on East 902 Road ends at the entrance of Eagle Bend.

Dog owners are encouraged to use the off-leash dog park in Riverfront Park, which can be accessed from the park entrance located near the intersection of North Second St. and Highways 24 and 40. The off-leash dog park in Riverfront Park was opened in 2005.
