Wednesday, July 24, 2007BROWN BAG CONCERT SERIES CONTINUES THIS WEEK
LAWRENCE - Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department's Brown Bag Summer Concert Series will continue this week with a performance by the Alfred Packer Memorial String Band.
The concert will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, July 26, in front of U.S. Bank, 900 Massachusetts St. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held at Watkins Community Museum, 1047 Massachusetts St.
The event is free and open to the public.
The Konza Swamp Band will close the series next Thursday, Aug. 2.
