Thursday, August 16, 2007WORLDS OF FUN TICKETS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE END OF MONTH
LAWRENCE -Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department will continue selling single day passes to both Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun through Friday, Aug. 31.
Individuals can purchase single-day passes at the department's administrative office located at 947 New Hampshire St., Suite 200 B. Passes purchased from the department are available at a discounted rate from the gate price. Worlds of Fun single-day passes are $27 per person, and Oceans of Fun single-day passes are $23 per person.
Along with the single day passes the department also offers the Ride and Slide pass, which gives admission to both parks on the same day for $42 per person. Children ages 2 and under are admitted free.
All transactions are done on a cash only basis.
