LAWRENCE – There’s one final chance to catch a Brown Bag Concert this season. Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department's summer concert series will come to a close with performances by Parks and Recreation’s level III and IV gymnastics team and the Konza Swamp Band.
The gymnastics team will perform at 11:40 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, in front of U.S. Bank, 900 Massachusetts St. The concert will follow at 12 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the Konza Swamp Band will perform at Watkins Community Museum, 1047 Massachusetts St.
The event is free and open to the public.
