Adult Volleyball is offered for men, women and coed teams with a wide range of skill levels. Leagues are structured to meet the needs of the most competitive and the recreational player. Leagues consist of Women's Recreation, Women's Power, Coed Recreation and Coed Power.

Power leagues are designed to follow the offical volleyball rules closely. Recreation leagues are generally for the recreational player.

When a league has more than one division, the lower division number indicates a more competitive level. Fees are based on an 8-match schedule in the Spring and Summer seasons and a 10-match schedule in the Fall and Winter seasons.
